Mobile Oil Pros, LLC (“Mobile Oil Pros,” “we,” “us”) provides mobile oil change and vehicle maintenance services at our customers’ homes and workplaces. This policy explains what information we collect through mobileoilpros.com, our website chat, text messages and our services, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, and the address where your vehicle will be serviced.
- Vehicle details, such as year, make, model, license plate or VIN, mileage, and service history.
- Messages you send us by chat, text, email or phone.
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic website usage information, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To schedule and perform service, and to keep records of the work done on your vehicles.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, maintenance reminders and invoices.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send occasional offers, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To improve our services and website, and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Text messaging
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Customer care texts (appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates, maintenance reminders and invoices) and promotional texts (offers) each require their own consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other categories of information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, payment processor, email provider and website host, who may use it only to provide services to us.
- With your company’s authorized fleet managers, if the vehicles we service belong to your employer or company fleet.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- As part of a sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep service and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
